CAN I GET PRE-OWNED GARMENTS CRYSTALLISED?
If you wish to send a garment to Lacy Rose English to get crystallised, please contact [email protected] with a full length photo of the garment, showing both the front and back.
HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY LACY ROSE ENGLISH PIECE?
Turn around time is dependant on the piece you order. Please read all item descriptions regarding the timing process.
HOW TO WASH LACY ROSE ENGLISH GARMENTS?
We suggest to hand wash or professionally dry clean/air dry only. Please note some crystals may shred during/after the process.
DO YOU DO FAST ORDERS ON REQUEST?
If you have seen an item on our shop that you wish to be made and sent to you quickly, Lacy Rose English can hand craft fast orders on request. Please email: [email protected] with FAST ORDERS as the subject line and advise us of what piece you wish to purchase and when you require it.- Please note there will be a supplement charge and this is subject to time availability.
DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM ITEMS?
Lacy Rose English do make custom items, for any enquiries regarding custom pieces, please email: [email protected] with CUSTOM ITEM as the subject line. We shall respond within 24 hours.
RETURNS POLICY?
Lacy Rose English do not accept returns due to each of our pieces being encrusted by hand. Due to this, please purchase all items carefully. For any sizing issues, we are happy to accept exchanges (dependant on sizing availability).
If you wish to cancel your item please contact us within 1 hour of making the purchase.
FAULTY RETURNS
If your item does become faulty within 14 days of purchase, you are welcome to a full refund. Please note all faulty items will need to be photographed and sent to: [email protected] with FAULTY RETURN as the subject line before shipping, this is only to ensure that the fault is a genuine manufacturers problem and not due to client wear and tear. - Please note we do not cover return costs to send the item/s back.
